Dr. Tracey Hutton
Tracey E. Hutton, MS, MPA, LP.D
Dr. Hutton has worked in many government settings, functioning in a variety of roles. Progressing from a Code Enforcement Officer to a City Planner, and then to a Town Manager, she has embraced challenges to promote positive change and community success.
With 18 years of government service, Dr. Hutton's passion has always been Economic Development and Planning, where she could champion the vibrant communities she served, and improve the quality of life of their members.
Dr. Hutton began her college education in a school of Human Ecology, learning to examine and overcome challenges by taking a multi-disciplinary approach. She holds a Doctoral Degree in Law and Policy, and Masters’ Degrees in Ecology and Public Administration.
Dr. Hutton lives on the West Side of Manchester with her husband, a dog, and two cats.
Our President, Ellen Vermokowitz is a 40 year resident of Goffstown and retired teacher. Ellen has provided many years of volunteer service to our town. As Goffstown Main Street enters its third decade of service to our community, Ellen hopes to continue the community activities to boost our Main Street businesses with a renewed focus of direct business connection and support. "Here's to looking forward to a new year when we can resume activities and build that strong sense of community and supporting our businesses that we all enjoy."

Laura joined the GMSP BOD in 2019. She comes to the GMSP with extensive experience in project management, volunteer experience with both non-profit and professional organizations, as well as being a business owner. As a resident of Hillsborough County since 1990, Laura is committed to serving both business owners and community residents. When not working as Manager of Operations for a cyber security software firm based in Virginia, Laura enjoys sewing, spending time with her children, traveling and the new hobby of raising chickens.
Amanda moved to Goffstown in 2017 to plant "roots" in this community after 8 years of being a NH resident. She brings with her a warm personality and life-long student attitude, with a heart for entrepreneurs and small business growth. Combining her passion for business operations with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology; Amanda has successfully developed and operated two diverse start-up businesses over the last 12+ years. The knowledge Amanda has gained from forming and successfully running these two businesses, gives her understanding, compassion and voice to advocate for local business proprietors.
Knowing both the struggles that owners of small and start-up businesses go through daily as well as the vital importance of establishing strong community ties for these organizations to grow and contribute to the Goffstown area; Amanda joined the GMSP to help the local businesses flourish in this great town with a connection to its community members and is committed to strengthening the GMSP for amazing future community impact for both community members and businesses.
In addition to managing her event business, Eye Candy Balloons, Amanda enjoys NH life with her husband and young son.
Art Team Representative
A Manchester native, Nina grew up in neighboring Bedford. She and her husband Mark have lived in Goffstown for over 30 years, raising their family in the Village. Nina is an alumna of Notre Dame College with a BFA in Commercial Art. She is actively involved in the Main Street Art Team, working to promote and encourage the abundant local talent (and there are many fantastic artists and craftspeople in this town) through Uncommon Art on the Common, Art on the Walls, as well as other Main Street Events. Nina often exhibits her art and fine crafts locally, especially her main brand, Stone Crow Jewelry. She and her husband have four adult children: Bill, Becca, Anna & Michelle.
A seasoned director with the YMCA in a variety of roles, Tina has worked with the Y in a number of states for nearly 20 years. Currently, Tina serves the Goffstown community in her free time. Tina and her husband, Dave, live in Manchester. They have 3 adult children and several grandchildren.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in beautiful Puerto Rico, Angie moved with her family to New Hampshire after being impacted by Hurricane Maria in 2017. She brings with her the warmth of the island, a sunny disposition to be of service to others.
Angie has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in tourism. She trained and worked for many years at an upscale resort in Puerto Rico where she refined her hospitality skills to meet the varied needs of guests and guarantee them an unparalleled experience. Her commitment to exceptional customer service continues with her dedication to her real estate clients at Keller Williams Metropolitan.
Angie currently resides in Goffstown and is an active volunteer of the New Hampshire Housing’s Realtor Advisory Board. Angie’s sense of community and her genuine passion for helping others is what brought her to our team. “I am thrilled about getting united with this wonderful group of people to help strengthen connections with our community and assist our local businesses in ways I couldn’t as an individual."
